If you're having trouble accessing a subscription you purchased - never fear! Here's how to troubleshoot your access:
If you purchased via the iPhone/iPad app:
- Try the following: Log out > Close the App > Open the App > Log in > Check your Dashboard (first tab).
- If that doesn't work, navigate to More > Account Settings > Restore purchases
If you purchased via Amazon
- Verify that you are using the same account you purchased with by checking your purchase receipt.
If you purchased via the web
- Go to your account settings at https://www.memorangapp.com/accounts/billing/ and make sure that the email listed on your account is the same as the one where you received your purchase receipt. If not, you may be logged into the wrong account. (It happens).
If all else fails, email your purchase receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out personally!
